By accessing our website at https://yourdomain.com/ or downloading, installing, and using the R3nzSkin software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and R3nzSkin ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or software following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

R3nzSkin is an open-source internal skin changer tool for League of Legends. The software allows users to modify the visual appearance of champion skins, ward skins, and other in-game elements on their local game client. These modifications are client-side only and are not visible to other players.

R3nzSkin is provided as-is for educational and entertainment purposes. The software is no longer actively supported due to Riot Games implementing Vanguard anti-cheat to League of Legends.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 Open Source License

R3nzSkin is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Riot Games, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. League of Legends and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

4.2 Risk of Account Action

Using R3nzSkin or any third-party modification tool may violate Riot Games' Terms of Service and could result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Account bans
• Loss of in-game content and progress
• Other penalties imposed by Riot Games

BY USING R3NZSKIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

4.3 Anti-Cheat Incompatibility

R3nzSkin is no longer supported due to the implementation of Vanguard anti-cheat in League of Legends. The software may not function properly and could be detected by anti-cheat systems. Use at your own risk.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use R3nzSkin. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this software.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your League of Legends account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Any consequences resulting from your use of R3nzSkin
• Ensuring your use complies with Riot Games' Terms of Service

5.3 Technical Responsibility

6. Intellectual Property Rights

R3nzSkin is open-source software licensed under the GPL. While the software is freely available, the name "R3nzSkin" and associated branding are property of the original developers.

6.2 Third-Party Rights

League of Legends, champion designs, skins, and all related content are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. R3nzSkin does not claim any ownership over Riot Games' intellectual property.

6.3 User Contributions

If you contribute code, documentation, or other content to the R3nzSkin project, you agree to license your contributions under the same GPL license that governs the project.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

R3NZSKIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
